The City of Seattle is soliciting responses for New Live Line and Non-Live Line Tools, Repair and Testing Services. This scope of work is for purchase and delivery of Live and Non-Live Line Tools. The vendor must also provide inspection, maintenance, calibration, and/or repair both warranty and non-warranty activities for existing Live Line and Non-Live Line Tools. Be an active liaison between the manufacturers and the City. This vendor must provide verification and documentation of all activities including, but not limited to, calibration and marking the tool of the calibration date or other data as required. Questions Submit questions to the Buyer no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, November 8, 2024. The City strongly prefers that vendors use the City’s Procurement Portal Purchasing shall review submittals to determine basic responsiveness (timely submittal, all required forms submitted, etc), responsibility (minimum qualifications, equal benefit determinations, etc), WMBE Inclusion Plan, and technical minimum requirements if any (delivery date, required specifications, etc). An initial review is made after opening, however additional and more detailed reviews may be made during evaluation and before award.
