Sound Transit is requesting Proposals from firms to provide consulting services in the strategic development and implementation of a Portfolio Management Framework as a regular business practice to support Agency project and program delivery, as well as other strategic work as needed. The selected Consultant will assist in the creation of a portfolio management structure and governance that will standardize program and project processes and procedures and facilitate the optimization of resources. This strategic business service will assist Sound Transit with the implementation of enduring business functions to manage current and future portfolios of work to optimally deliver the Agency's objectives relating to the Portfolio Management Framework. The full scope of work is attached as Exhibit B, Scope of Work in the RFP document. The term of the contract will be for five (5) years. At Sound Transit's sole discretion, the contract may be extended for two (2) additional one year term(s). Proposers are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal meeting to discuss this RFP, the selection process and schedule, Scope of Work, and contract terms. Please refer to the "Anticipated Schedule" section of the RFP for more information and instructions on how to attend the pre-preproposal meeting.
