Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 18, 2024, project was awarded to Pony Up Parking Lots, awarded amount is $1,098,621.49.** Work includes, but is not limited to, 2-inch grinding, asphalt paving, extruded concrete curbs, poured in place concrete vertical curbs, poured in place curbs and gutters, speed bumps, wheel stops and painted striping at locations indicated on the plans and marked at the properties. All painted striping to match existing. Question Deadline 05/16/2024 at 9:00 AM PT Questions pertaining to the bid are to be sent via email to michellej@kcha.org Five (5%) Percent of the Total bid must accompany Each Bid Performance and Payment Bonds: as a Condition of Award Payment and Performance Bonds for 100% of the Contract Award Amount Shall Be Furnished for the Work. Liquidated damages will be assessed for each calendar day that the Contractor exceeds the time for completion in the amount of $500. KCHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the written consent of KCHA.
