Bid Price for Mowing USD 369 Property for the 2024-2025 (July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025) School Year. The following are specifications for the 2024-2025 Mowing Contract: a. Mowing of the school property every other week or as needed. b. Mowing the football field weekly or as needed. c. Catch grass clippings in the following areas: i. Around all sidewalks ii. All areas inside the track and around the long jump, triple jump, discus, and shot put areas. iii. All areas around exterior building doors. d. Trim around the buildings, shrubs, trees, sidewalks, flag poles, and other obstacles with a trimmer. The following services will be provided by USD 369 - Burrton: a. Spray at the edges of the track b. Major pick-up of trash c. Shrub and Tree pruning d. Spray all fences, all sidewalk cracks, and miscellaneous other areas to keep the property neat. The mowing contractor will provide a copy of the certificate indicating liability insurance coverage of no less than $500,000 or a letter from an insurance carrier indicating that if the mowing contractor is hired they will have liability insurance of no less than $500,000. A copy of the certificate of insurance or verification that the mowing contractor is insurable will be sent with the bid.
