As of May 30, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The Project is expected to be awarded on June 12, 2024. The Mason County Public Hospital District No. 01 is accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified General Contractors/Constraction Managers (GC/CM) to: o Provide high quality preconstruction services and help inform the design and phasing of the work. o Provide high quality construction services to complete the project on time and within the established budget. o Manage subcontractors and suppliers. Mason Health (MH) plans to begin work on several high-priority projects identified in a recent campus master plan. Our intent is to bundle several projects into one contract as the projects are connected and must be completed in phases. Potential projects included in this solicitation are: Remodel & expansion ofMaterials Management department, relocation of offices, relocation of meeting rooms, MRI replacement, build-out of clinical shell space, and replacement of the hospitals main elevator.
