Patti Concrete Excavation for $166,169.50.** Reference Number 0000347394 Purchase Type One Time Only- Delivery Date:05/17/2024 The project consists of modifying and constructing concrete structures such as curbs, gutters, brick pavement, sidewalks, and driveway aprons as part of the partial reconstruction of Superior Street from Sampson Street to Charles Street within the city of Jamestown. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract.
