Reference Number 0000350300 Contractor shall furnish and install new concrete sidewalks as outlined in the RFP Scope of Work and the attached drawing sheet. Construction must comply with the City of Jamestown Department of Public Works Standard Specifications for Right-of-Way Work, dated May 2011 or the most current edition. The work on this project must be guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of final completion and inspection. The guarantee period will have a value of five percent (5%) of the total project cost. This five percent (5%) retainage will be returned to the Contractor upon successful completion of the contract specifications and the expiration of the guarantee period. Add a new sidewalk between the sidewalk located on the West side of Washington Street, 250' long down the shoulder of W. 13th street. 2. Add a new sidewalk from the new sidewalk on W. 13th Street to the new Splash Pad concrete (splash pad by others). 3. Add a new sidewalk from the West side of the parking lot (parking lot by others) to the new Splash Pad concrete (splash pad by others). 4. Add a new sidewalk from the South side of the new Splash Pad concrete (splash pad by others) to the existing bathroom building located on W. 11th street. 5. Add a new driveway apron/parking lot entrance off of W. 13th street connecting the road to the parking lot (parking lot by others). All concrete in this area shall be a minimum of 6" thick and comply with all City of Jamestown specifications and requirements. 6. Finish of all sidewalks shall match City of Jamestown Department of Public Works Standard Specifications for Right-of Way Work, dated May 2011, or the most current edition. 7.
