No definite date for the rebid.** Reference Number 0000350802 Landscaping and hydroseeding- Jackson Taylor Park Splash Pad. The goal of this project is to restore all lawn areas surrounding the recent splash pad and sidewalk construction to an evenly graded an aesthetically pleasing finished lawn space. The restoration area is roughly 2,700.00 square yards as indicated in the attached drawing. Restoration areas include, but are not limited to; terraces between curb and sidewalk, lawn directly behind sidewalks, lawn along driveway approaches, and affected areas adjacent to constructed splash pad and water line. The Contractor shall be responsible for all site work preparation including, but not limited to: removal of stones and debris in excess of one-half (1/2) inch in diameter, raking and leveling area to make smooth transition from restored area to existing lawn areas, and application of screened top soil. Contractor to provide 3" of topsoil and seed per standard specifications. Top soil shall be screened and free of refuse and/ or any materials detrimental to plant growth. The method of seeding shall be Hydroseeding with at least a ninety-five percent (95%) coverage and no bare areas greater than eighteen (18) inches.
