Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 17,2024 the project was awarded to Hedman Construction Ltd but but no amount provided Work under this contract includes the removal and replacement of the existing ceiling and lighting in 3,500sf of corridor (primary and secondary corridors of L300) comprised of the following areas: 301, 302cor, 308cor, 314, 319cor, 324cor, 330cor. Project scope also includes the renovation of adjacent suite 309 (Degrees’ Restaurant storage room and office), removal of one exterior storefront door on the south wall of 301 and replacement with a window, and the replacement of the exterior doors in vestibule 314A. Mechanically, six mixing boxes require replacement & digital controls, and pendant sprinklers throughout are to be replaced with concealed heads. Electrically, older smoke detectors are to be replaced.
