Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mansfield, Louisiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of May 23rd, 2024 - this project's bids were rejected and there have not been any plans for a rebid just yet. Middle School Fire Alarm Upgrades All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid and all additive alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The Successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the date for receipt of bids. Bidders must meet requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law R.S. 37:2151-2163. Preference is hereby given to materials, supplies and provisions, produced, manufactured or grown in Louisiana, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside of the State. Preference provided by R.S. 38:225 will be used if applicable. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids which deviate from the project plans and specifications.
