The Guaranty May Be in the Form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, Certified Check or Bank Money Order, Drawn on a Reliable Bank and Made Payable to the Wyoming Department of Transportation. The successful bidder must within 20 calendar days after notification of the award, deliver to the Department a Contractor's Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid, as security for the faithful performance of the contract.
