Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sullivans Island, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

For the purposes of this RFP, FHA is anticipating a Construction Cost range of: Shawnee Place Apartments - $11,000,000 to $13,000,000 Cherry Hill Apartments - 16,000,000.00 to $17,900,000.00 Seeking a qualified sitework contractor to perform minor trail construction, path clearing & minor grading Phase ll of the Nature Trail. Intended to provide a public, non-motorized, pedestrian access between the National Park Service's Fort Moultrie property & Sullivan's Island Lighthouse property. Project is partially funded through a 2023 SC Parks, Recreation, Tourist Grant, Administered by way of their 2023 Recreation Trails Program. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All questions and/or requests for clarification regarding this RFP should be provided in writing to Joe Henderson no later than April 12, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. All questions submitted and their answers will be posted on the Town of Sullivan’s Island website as an addendum to this RFP. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
