The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The City of Emporia, Kansas is soliciting your interest in submitting a Request for Qualifications for architectural services. The City is requesting that the selected firm begin with projects assisting the City with architectural services related to upgrades to the William Allen White Civic Auditorium and the Emporia Public Works facility on Hatcher Street. The projects are estimated to be limited to less than $2,000,000 in costs and some master planning may be involved in the architectural services rendered. The City is planning to engage a qualified Architect for an approximately 3-year period, to include the remaining 2024 fiscal year, 2025, and 2026 with professional services contract expiring December 31, 2026, which will include projects budgeted in the next three fiscal years and other projects requested by the City Manager.
