Renovation of a residential development in Evanston, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
For Evanston Housing Authority, City of Evanston Hawpatch Window Replacement Project Located at Hawpatch Lane Off of City View Drive Project Includes 150 (Bidder to Verify) Windows in 14 Duplexes. The Work Shall Include All Labor, Material, Equipment, and Quality Control Necessary to Complete the Turnkey Project Which Includes Removal and Disposal of Old Windows. Install New and Apply Insulating Foam and Caulk Inside and Out, and Clean Up All Debris. Work Shall Also Include, but is Not Limited to, All Incidental Items Required for the Materials to Be Installed to the Material Manufacturer's Requirements and the Contract Documents. Work at the Site May Begin Spring of 2024. Each Bidder Will Be Required to Submit, With Their Bid, a Certified Check, or Bid Bond Made Payable Without Condition to the Evanston Housing Authority in the Amount of Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Bidder's Maximum Bid Price as a Guarantee That Such Bidder Will Enter Into a Contract Within Five (5) Days After the Date of the Owner's Notice of Award. This Project Will Comply With the Davis-bacon Act. Evanston Housing Authority Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, or Any Part of Any Bid and to Waive Any Formality in Any Bid, as Its Best Interest May Appear.
