Diamond Head Kahala Tunnel Shotcrete Repairs Proposed work consists of, but not limited to the following: Repair of the shotcrete at the Diamond Head-Kahala Tunnel and other project related work. The estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000 Performance and Payment Bonds shall be required for contracts exceeding $50,000. At the time of the execution of the contract, the successful bidder shall file a good and sufficient performance and payment bonds on the form furnished by the Department or the contractors Surety, each in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract price unless otherwise stated in the solicitation of bids. The Adjutant General or his designated representative reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any defects when, in his opinion, such rejection or waiver will be in the best interest of the State Question Deadline 04/08/2024 at 12:00 PM HT All requests for substitution, clarification of bidding documents and/or specifications must be received in the office listed above, via email Questions shall be emailed to jesper.h.andersen@hawaii.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
