Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mattawa, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Basketball Court and Parking Lot Improvements - Rebid 2 This project consists of construction of sidewalk improvements along Manson Lane including, but not limited to, excavation, embankment, grading, subgrade preparation, cement concrete curb, gutters, hot mix asphalt pavement, miscellaneous surface restoration, and all other appurtenances required to complete the work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Questions concerning the Contract Provisions will be taken by the Project Engineer at Gray & Osborne, Inc.'s Yakima office (509) 453-4833. The City of Mattawa expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City of Mattawa based on the sum of the Bid. No oral responses to questions by City personnel about the project will be binding on the City of Mattawa.
