Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mattawa, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of May 6, 2024, the project was awarded to J.M. Pacific Construction, INC. for $110,475.00.** This contract provides for the construction of sidewalk and ADA compliant curb ramps along Riverview Avenue from Hoose Street to Priest Rapids Drive. The work shall include, but is not limited to, curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, hot mix asphalt pavement, surface repair, traffic control, striping, and other work required to complete the project, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications The City of Mattawa expressly reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities, and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City of Mattawa based on the sum of the Bid.
