Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Bid Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive technicalities as it deems best to protect its interest. Oaklyn Elementary School Re-Roofing Project consists of a complete replacement of existing asphalt shingle roof and low slope roof areas. The existing roofing consists of +/- 5,010 square feet of membrane roofing and +/-59,350 square feet of shingle roofing. Base Bid project is to replace the existing sloped asphalt shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roofing system and the low slope roof areas with a new PVC membrane roof system. Alternate construction includes: District Maintenance Garage, complete roof replacement of approximately 4,000 sq. ft. of existing low slope roofing system. Replace the existing low sloped roof with new PVC membrane roof system, including new gutters and downspouts.
