The scope of work consists principally of the installation of all electrical and plumbing required for a prefabricated bathroom/concession building to be set up in the Mel Roberts Park as well as general oversight of the installation and connectivity of all utilities before, during and after delivery of the building. The City of Foley is soliciting bids for the installation of all electrical and plumbing required for a prefabricated bathroom and concession building to be set up in the Mel Roberts Park located on 901 North Cedar Street as well as general oversight of the installation and connectivity of all utilities before, during and after delivery of the building. Scope of Work 1. Installation of all below floor piping according to the attached plans. 2. Installation of all electrical according to the attached plans. 3. Provide a licensed electrician and licensed plumber on site during the delivery of the prefabricated building. 4. Connect all utilities once building is in place. 5. Provide any other work or components not specifically listed that are required for the completion of this project as described. 6. Provide general oversight of installation and connectivity of all utilities before, during and after delivery of the building. (See separate file titled "PM-050 DWG.pdf" for more information.)
