The Veterans Home of California - Redding requires HVAC services to be perform at the Security Office and SNF Kitchen. BIDDER'S SECURITY 1. Restore all systems to Working condition to match that which existed Prior to the start of the work 4) Coordinate all system shutdowns with calvet Project manager. There will be restrictions on When and the duration of shutdowns. Provide Temporary piping, ductwork and electrical Service to maintain mechanical systems in Operation except for approved shutdowns. Shutdown shall meet requirements of 2022 Cbc, cfc, cec, cmc, and nfpa 72 5) Patch and paint walls affected in work area. Contractor provide wall finish to match existing Adjacent wall area. Paint to natural break point. Field verify exact color during bid walk and Prior to start of work.
