The scope includes two projects under two DSA application numbers, included in one bid package, to be delivered via two construction phases: Phase 1 - summer of 2024 - Interior extension and modification of existing library, new acoustic panels at D wing and E wing corridor, parking ADA upgrade. Phase 2 - summer of 2025 - demolition of existing covered walkway, construction of new canopies, and miscellaneous associated work.
