The County of Santa Clara Procurement Department is accepting electronic bids PRIOR to 3:00PM on April 22, 2024 for Asphalt Concrete Repair at Martin Murphy Trail, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. The Work will consist of Asphalt Concrete Repair including refurbishing od damaged asphalt concrete pavement, crack sealing and slurry seal work and more. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary equipment, tools, materials, labor, and supplies required to perform the work as specified herein. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." The Contractor must possess an 'A - General Engineering' or a 'C12 - Earthwork and Paving' Contractor's License issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
