The SEDGEMOORE DRIVE DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS consist of the contractor providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the repair, replacement, and new construction of an underdrain drainage pipe, curb and gutter, pavement repair, mill and resurface, and driveway repair on Sedgemoore and Halethorpe Drive within the City of Jacksonville. Advertise for minimum 30 days. It is an official policy ofthe City ofJacksonville to encourage the maximum participation of Jacksonville Small Emerging Business (JSEB) in its contract awards based upon availability. It is the City intent in adopting this program to reflect the philosophy with regard to enhancing participation ofJSEBs in all areas ofprocurement.
