Demolition and site work for a military facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Completed plans call for the demolition of a military facility.
Project Description: This is an RFQ to obtain a contractor to remove and dispose of two (2) existing sheds from facility parking area. Shed #1 sits at bottom of the lot (See Appendix 1). Shed #2 sits behind a Conex box and has the water tower to the left and fence to the right and behind. The new storage shed will replace shed #1 in same location. Both of these sheds are in very poor condition, leak and don’t secure properly. This Statement of Work and related documents shall serve as mandatory minimum requirements. But not limited to, please refer to the specifications for a complete scope of work. Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract Duration = 90 Calendar Days
