Floating Photovoltaic Plant. Question Deadline 04/16/2024 at 5:00 PM ET. All Questions regarding the specifications should be directed to Tracy M. Jeanes, Purchasing Director @ 352-483-5475 or jeanest@ci.eustis.fl.us SCOPE The City is soliciting proposals for a design-build project to include all design, materials and labor to provide a Floating Photovoltaic Plant with three (3) electric meter connections. The City of Eustis will own the project after it is complete. The contractor shall provide provisions for lightning protection for the panels, inverters, power grid and electrical components being supplied power. The installation will be on a lined reclaimed pond with fluctuating levels. The system anchoring will need to give us the ability to drain the pond. Completion Date Required - 120 Days After Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject proposals containing any additional terms or conditions not specifically requested in the solicitation.
