Renovation of a laboratory facility in Eustis, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
The Commission has an estimated budget for this project of $764,500. LOCATION: 601 W Woodward Ave Eustis, FL 32726 The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to obtain competitive pricing for removal of AHU 1 & 2, associated condensing units, boiler and installation of new VRF system and DOAS rooftop unit, per plans and specifications, in accordance with the contract documents and Chapter 255 of the Florida Statutes. All work performed on this project shall be done in accordance with all the Contract Documents referenced, attached to the My Florida Market Place Vendor Information Portal (MFMP VIP) advertisement, and contained herein, including those documents received as a result of the submission of the Confidentiality Exemption Form (Attachment A). See Exhibit 2 in the Terms and Conditions for pricing breakdown.
