The Village of Westmont is seeking to select a shortlist of qualified and experienced consulting engineers to perform stormwater management engineering services. It is the Village's intent to select two to three firms to work with on an as-needed basis. All questions concerning the RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to the attention of Amy Ries, aries@westmont.il.gov, no later than 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 15, 2024. A written response in the form of an addendum may be issued as appropriate. No contact with any other Village employee or Selection Team member shall be made during the RFQ process. If you choose not to respond, please fill out the enclosed NO BID form and return it to the Village as soon as possible. The initial term of this contract will be for five (5) years, from the date of the award. This contract may be extended for up to four (4) additional years in increments of two years if the vendor performs satisfactorily and provided that there are no changes in the terms, conditions, specifications and pricing structure unless mutually agreed to by the parties.
