The Village of Westmont, Illinois is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced professional services team to perform an existing building condition evaluation, space needs analysis, and alternatives analysis for major renovation, addition or construction of a new building. All questions concerning the RFQ shall be submitted in writing via email to vviscuso@westmont.il.gov with the subject line Fire Department Headquarters Facility Evaluation no later than 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2024. A written response in the form of an addendum may be issued as appropriate. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Village Manager/Village Board award August 2024 Notice to Proceed August 2024 A final report should be completed no later than November 15, 2024.
