Site work and new construction of a parking garage in Westmont, Illinois. Completed plans call civil work for a parking garage.
As of April 7, 2025, due to a lack of bids received, the owner has not yet determined, if the project will rebid at a later date. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Trades needed but not limited to: Plumbing, Concrete, HVAC, Electrical. The Work for the Contract shall commence on April 15, 2025, or on such earlier date as may be agreed upon by the parties. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the Work on or before July 1, 2025 and shall achieve Final Completion of the Work on or before July 15, 2025 unless otherwise extended by agreement of the parties pursuant to the General Conditions. Contractor shall be required to furnish a certified manufacturers site inspection signoff upon completion of the installation of all furnished equipment *This project is being bid by invitation only.
