The Village of Westmont ("Village or Owner") is seeking statements of qualifications "Proposals" from qualified firms for the provision of Construction Management Services in connection with a new Headquarters Fire Station, replacing the existing 183 Headquarters Fire Station. New Village Fire Station Headquarters 183 located at 6015 S. Cass Avenue, Westmont, Illinois (the "Project"). This new Fire Station Headquarters 183 will replace the existing Village Fire Station Headquarters 183 at the same location, which will be demolished. The new Village Fire Station Headquarters 183 will consist of a new 30,000 square foot building. It will include 5 drive-thru apparatus bays, administrative offices, sleeping and living quarters, turnout gear storage room, decontamination room, tool storage room, public and private bathrooms, a training room, and traditional support spaces associated with fire stations. The proposed start date for construction is Spring/Summer 2026. The purpose of requesting these Proposals is to enable the Owner to evaluate firms' capabilities to provide Construction Management services during the design and construction phases of the Project. The Owner intends to invite qualified Construction Management firms to proceed to the oral interview stage. Following the interviews, the Owner will enter contract negotiations with the firm determined to be the most qualified to deliver these services successfully.
