Village of Westmont, Burlington Avenue Realignment Reconstruction and Realignment of Burlington Avenue. Installation of New Hot-mix Asphalt Pavement and Curb and Gutter, Storm Sewer and Structures, Water Main Relocation, Sanitary Sewer Relocation, New Street Lighting Units, Pcc Sidewalk, Pcc Driveway Pavement and Other Associated Work. Project Location: Village of Westmont, Burlington Avenue from Cass Avenue to Linden Avenue Proposals requiring prequalification of bidders will be issued only to those contractors who are qualified with the Department of Transportation. Prequalification forms may be secured from the Engineer of Construction, Administration Building, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway, Springfield, IL 62764. ILDOT - Burlington Avenue Realignment The reconstruction work will generally consists of the following: earth excavation, concrete sidewalk and curb and gutter removal and installation, geotechnical fabric, subbase granular material, hot-mix asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, PCC driveway pavement, storm sewer installation, sanitary sewer relocation, water main relocation, street lighting, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the Plans and described herein.
