The Village of Westmont is seeking proposals from Illinois-based professional planning consultants to assist in preparing a new Comprehensive Plan. The Village of Westmont, Illinois is issuing a request for proposals (RFP) from qualified and experienced consultants to facilitate and prepare the following project: Village of Westmont New Comprehensive Plan including a Downtown Streetscape Master Plan The scope of work includes reviewing the current Comprehensive Plan, analyzing current conditions, making recommendations for change, and developing a new Comprehensive Plan. All applicants interested in receiving RFP addendums or answers to timely-submitted questions must send an email with the subject line "Westmont Comprehensive Plan RFP" to compplan@westmont.il.gov before 4:00 P.M. CST December 30, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Request for Proposal for Design Services is Underway
