The Village of Westmont, Illinois is seeking to retain the services of a qualified and experienced design engineering firm to perform engineering design for Phase 1 of the Downtown Streetlighting Dark Sky Improvements project. The engineering firm will provide engineering analysis, photometrics, engineering design and preparation of plans and contract documents for the installation of Dark Sky compliant streetlighting on Cass Avenue from Dallas to Quincy in the Village of Westmont Downtown Central Business District. As of August 1, 2025, per owner a design team has been identified, and they are still in the design phase.
