As of November 12, 2024, an awarded general contractor has been identified. Construction commenced September 2024. All trades have been awarded. The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Project involve the complete renovation and (2) small additions to the library. Work includes sitework, asphalt pavement patch, concrete sidewalks & pads, seeding, select demo, concrete footings, CMU masonry, steel stair stringers, rough carpentry, wood trusses, millwork (trims, treads), cabinets & countertops, fiber cement siding, fascia & soffit, joint sealants, doors & hardware, aluminum clad, wood windows, tubular skylights, glazing, plastic window film, gypsum systems, acoustical ceilings, resilient & carpet flooring, ceramic tile, exterior and interior painting, tackboards, signage, window shades, wheel chair-lift, glass stail rail/panels, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.. Plans and specs have been uploaded to this site. They are also available at Liverpool Blueprint and the Syracuse Builder's Exchange. As of April 3, 2024, this project is NOT SUBJECT TO NYS PREVAILING WAGE RATES, per the architects' clarification. Regular Wage Rates apply. This project is EXEMPT from NYS Sales Tax on materials.
