WWTP Influent Pump Station Improvements. 2009.24002.000 In accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, The Project includes the following Work: This project includes upgrades to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) influent pumping station including but not limited to replacement of the associated pumps, piping and valves. Sealed Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1: General In accordance with Section 101.5. of Article 5-A of the General Municipal Law, Bidders shall submit with its bid a separate sealed list that names each subcontractor that the bidder will use to perform work on the contract, and the agreed-upon amount to be paid to each, for: (a) plumbing and gas fitting, (b) steam heating, hot water heating, ventilating and air conditioning apparatus and (c) electric wiring and standard illuminating fixtures. Project has an expected duration of 210 days. The Village of Tully, Onondaga County, NY, reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities, or to make an award to other than the low bidder. It further reserves the right to limit the amount of the award. Attention of the bidders is particularly directed to the requirements of the conditions of employment to be observed and minimum Wage Rates to be paid under the Contract.
