The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid: Project generally includes, but is not limited to replacement of approximately 773 L.F. of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main replacement of approximately 192 L.F. of sanitary sewer main (diameter ranges from 15" to 18") and associated appurtenances; replacement of 5 manholes; 958 L.F. of 8- inch diameter water main replacement, 70 L.F. of water main replacement (diameter ranges from 6" to 20") and associated appurtenances; associated demolition work; surface restoration; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. Alternate 1: Installation of approximately 259 L.F. of 18-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC). Replacement of approximately three (3) sanitary sewer manholes; associated demolition work; surface restoration; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. Alternate 2: Installation of approximately 259 L.F. of 18-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC). Replacement of approximately 268 L.F. of 8-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC). Replacement of approximately four (4)sanitary sewer manholes; associated demolition work; surface restoration; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents.
