Annual Street Resurfacing. Bid Bond, in an amount not less than 5% of the bidder's maximum possible award (base bid plus all add alternates) (collectively referred to herein as the Bid Deposit. (excluding the portion between Spruce Ave. and Maple Ave.), S. Barfield Dr. from Winterberry Dr. to San Marco Rd., Buttercup Ct., Robin Ct., 6th Ave., Waikiki Ct., Fairlawn Ct. not including northwest side., Rose Ct., Cedar Ct., Fern Ct. The work shall be in accordance with the current edition of the Florida Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction.
