The Contractor warrants and agrees that the work will be preformed in compliance with all OSHA and EPA requirements and further agrees toindemnify and hold harmless the City and the Architect from any and all claims, fines, levies, suits, actions, and judgments of every nature and description brought against the Contractor which arise out of the failure of the Contractor, its employees, and agents to comply with OSHA and EPA safety requirements.
