Demolition and site work for a residential development in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

This specification covers the sale and razing and/or the sale and moving of buildings and structures together with all attachments located on the premises Bid Informalities and Rejection: The City reserves the right to waive informalities not inconsistent with law or to reject any or all bids. COMPLETION OF WORK The contractor shall secure delivery of all equipment and materials required and shall complete onsite work within 30 calendar days from receipt of notice to begin work. If a Schedule of Prevailing Rates of Wages is included in the bid and contract documents, submit weekly to the Prevailing Wage Coordinator, Department of Community Development, Contract Compliance Division, 805 Central Avenue, Suite 234, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, an original certified copy of all payrolls of the Contractor and of any Subcontractors LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Time is of the essence in this Contract. In the event the Contractor shall fail in securing delivery of material and equipment and completion of on-site work within the period of time stipulated, after due allowance for any extension or extensions of time which may be granted under the following provisions of the section EXTENSIONS OF TIME, the Contractor shall pay the City as stipulated liquidated damages and not as penalty, the sum specified in the Bid and Contract Documents for each and every working day, Monday through Friday, that the Contractor shall be in default. The City shall have the right to deduct said liquidated damages from any monies in its hands otherwise due, or to become due, to said Contractor or to sue for and recover compensation for damages for non-performance of the contract in the time specified.
