It is anticipated that professional engineering and related consulting services shall be provided to support the referenced project during the study phase. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this RFQ is one (1) year with the option of two (2) one-year extensions. Services to be provided in the study phase may include, but are not limited to, the following primary evaluation and assessment activities: o Evaluate and assess existing facility, and current operations, o Identify current and anticipated regulatory requirements, o Review plant background and previous related documentation, o Develop a narrative and flow diagram to describe the facility's existing treatment processes and annotate future processes, o Review of available data, o Conduct data gap analysis, o Develop functional requirements and identify needs for each process area, o Identify and recommend strategies to address identified issues o Identification of potential projects, and o Implementation plan. Selected Offeror shall anticipate a need to perform information gathering, research, analysis, interviews with existing personnel, meetings, and site visits. Any condition assessment activities for the existing assets may be performed as a supplemental service on an as-needed basis.
