The Town of Chase City is requesting Bids for the expansion of the following Project: B Street Contract B Community Sanitary Sewer Collection System Rehabilitation The advertisement is for a single contract. The Project includes the following Work but not limited to: * 6 EA Sewer Manhole Rehabilitation * 1,123 LF of 8-inch Sewer Liner Rehabilitation * 10 EA of 4-inch Sewer Laterals Reinstatement Bids are requested for the following Contract: B Street Contract B Community Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project. The Project completion time is addressed in the Agreement. Funding Requirements This is a federally assisted project. Bidders and contractors performing work under this Invitation to Bid are bound, wherever applicable, by the requirements of: President's Executive Orders #12138 and #11625 regarding utilization of MBE/WBE firms, and Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, Davis Bacon Act, Copeland Anti-Kickback Act, Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, President's Executive Order 11246 as amended by Executive Order 11375, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Further the bidder agrees to abide by the requirements under Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, including specifically the provisions of the equal opportunity clause set forth in the DHCD Contract Assurances and Certifications.
