Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Del Rio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

1. The Project consists of CBDG - Downtown Revitalization Project that includes sidewalk improvements, repairing concrete and asphalt paving areas, addition of pedestrian curb ramps, preservation of historic markers, and addition of light poles, as shown on Contract Documents prepared by Stantec. 2. The Work consists of Landscape and Electrical, and other requirements as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bids received after the deadline shall be considered void and unacceptable. The City of Del Rio reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities or irregularities, as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City. The offeror shall sign and date the Bid sheets. The person signing the bid must have the authority to bind the firm in a purchase contract. Bids which are not signed and dated in this manner will be rejected. Bids cannot be altered or amended after submission deadline. Any interlineation, alteration, or erasure made before opening by the City must be initialed by the signer of the bid, guaranteeing authenticity.
