Prequalified FSB categories include: Masonry; Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Dampproofing, and Caulking; Roofing and Flashing; Metal Windows; Tile; Acoustical Tile; Painting; Fire Protection Sprinkler Systems; Plumbing; Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning; and Electrical. The following FSB categories do not have any prequalified subcontractors and are open to the general public: Lathing and Plastering; Resilient Floors; and Elevators.
