The City of Hayden, Idaho (Owner) is Requesting Bids for the Construction of the Ramsey Road Gravity Sewer and Water Main Extension. The Project Includes the Following Work: Volume 1 of 2 - City of Hayden/hayden Lake Irrigation District - Ramsey Road Gravity Sewer and Water Main Extension This Project, Located in Hayden, Idaho, Involves the Construction of Approximately 3,500 Linear Feet of 27-inch Gravity Sewer Main, 500 Linear Feet of 8-inch Gravity Sewer Main, 4,175 Linear Feet of 18/16/12/8/6-inch Water Main and Appurtenances, and the Rehabilitation of Ramsey Road Consisting of Curb, Gutter, Sidewalk, Paved Trail, Landscaping, and Drainage Infrastructure From Dakota Avenue to Wyoming Avenue. Volume 2 of 2 - Hayden Lake Irrigation District - Ramsey Road Water Main Extension This Project, Located in Hayden, Idaho, Involves the Construction of Approximately 5,400 Linear Feet of 18/12/10/6-inch Water Main and Appurtenances and the Rehabilitation of the Roadway and Landscape Areas Within the Construction Footprint. Instructions to Bidders For All Further Requirements Regarding Bid Submittal, Qualifications, Procedures, and Contract Award, Refer to the Instructions to Bidders That Are Included in the Bidding Documents. Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashier S Check or Cash in the Amount of 5% of the Amount of the Bid Proposal. Said Bid Security Shall Be Forfeited to the Owner as Liquidated Damages Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Contract in Accordance With Their Proposal as Specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner (Defined in Article 1 of Instructions to Bidders) Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals, Waive Any Nonmaterial Irregularities in the Bids Received, and to Accept the Proposal Deemed Most Advantageous to the Best Interest of the Owner (Defined in Article 1 of Instructions to Bidders) Questions During Bidding Should Be Directed to Jon Baune, P.e.
