Renovation of a residential development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.

Failure to execute a contract and file the required performance and payment bond (if required) within ten (10) days after receiving the Notice of Award will be just cause for the annulment of the award and forfeiture of the bid security to the City not as a penalty but as liquidated damages. The successful bidder is required to provide a performance and payment bond in the form and in the amount specified in the General Conditions of the Contract, unless specified elsewhere in the BD. The surety of the bond shall be licensed to underwrite contracts in the State of Wisconsin.
