fee, plus shipping and handling, for delivered hard copies of documents posted, only, to the Web site; $5.00 for any document package electronically downloaded from the Web site by members without subscriptions that include Eau Claire County Purchasing Department in their subscription service territory. Construct a single bituminous seal coat application over a bituminous asphalt surface to be done in accordance with section 475 and 455 of the 2012 edition of the State of Wisconsin standard specifications for highway, construction, and the following special provisions. Pavement marking in accordance with standard specifications 646. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. Work shall consist of the following and all incidental items necessary to complete the work. Preparing the surface, placing tabs, heating, and applying asphaltic material, applying, and rolling the cover aggregate. Sweeping and Pavement marking and zone layout after sealcoat is complete. The excess chips are to be swept off the road as soon as the road is ready. All roads must be swept within ten (10) calendar days after the sealcoat has been applied. It is the responsibility of the contractor to dispose of any sweepings or excess materials. All roads are to be chipped at 22' width.
