This request for proposal consists of asphaltic materials needed for various Eau Claire County Highway Department project in accordance with the most current applicable State of Wisconsin department of transportation (Wis/DOT) standard specifications for highway, constructions, and these special provisions. fee, plus shipping and handling, for delivered hard copies of documents posted, only, to the Web site; $5.00 for any document package electronically downloaded from the Web site by members without subscriptions that include Eau Claire County Purchasing Department in their subscription service territory. Eau Claire County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all prices and to waive technicalities in any or part thereof deemed to be in the best interest of Eau-Claire County. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
