In General, the Project Consists of Concrete Surface Repairs and Crack Repairs on the Lake Altoona Dam. Bid Security Bids Must Be Accompanied by Bid Security in the Amount of 5% of the Maximum Bid Amount. Bid and Bid Security May Not Be Withdrawn for a Period of 45 Days After the Bid Deadline. Bid Security Will Be Retained if the Bidder is Awarded the Work and Fails to Execute the Agreement and Furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds. Rights Reserved Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities in Any Bid. . Question Deadline 06/03/2024 Requests for such interpretation shall be made to Ayres in writing. Requests received less than 7 days prior to the Bid Deadline may not be answered.
