CVTC is seeking to establish a preventative maintenance service and repair contract for two (2) York brand chillers located at our Business Education Center, 620 W. Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701, and our Health Education Center, located at 615 W. Clairemont Avenue, Eau Claire, WI 54701. The service contractor must have been in the business of providing preventative maintenance and repair services for large scale refrigeration and cooling systems for a minimum of five (5) years. The contractor must also have a technician(s) available who have been factory-trained on York brand centrifugal chillers and hold the current certifications required to service the CVTC chillers. Minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to submit a bid response for this request All bid responses must be guaranteed for sixty (60) days following the date of the public bid opening. The district reserves the right to reject any bid for due cause or to waive minor irregularities in any bid.
