Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work for which bids are requested involves the construction of a new pedestrian underpass, consisting of traffic control and detour signage, bituminous pavement removal, concrete curb and gutter removal, concrete sidewalk and driveway approach removal, sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer, storm sewer pump station, unclassified excavation, excavation of contaminated soils, cast-inplace concrete culvert structure, retaining walls, architectural surface treatment, electrical conduit and wiring, street lighting, grading, preparation of subbase, crushed aggregate base course, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, concrete trail, metal railing fabrication and installation, concrete driveway approaches, bituminous pavement, pavement marking and lawn restoration. 5% bid security is required.
